Connor Kurek, Griffin Advisor
Hi, Madhatters! My name is Connor Kurek (aka Mr. Connor). I'm the Director of Media & Communications here at the Oyler. I'm employed by the Community Learning Center Institute, and technically a partner working in the building to bring journalism, news, media & communication to the entire school. I only recently graduated from Ohio University, in 2020, and started here shortly after. I have a passion for storytelling, but I'm even more passionate about mentoring students and helping them discover their own creative expression. As one of the teachers leading The Griffin, I love my staff of students a ton - they're always blowing me away with their writing ability and their reporting and interviewing skills.
